Owners ServicesPrior to submitting an application to rent one of our fantastic rental homes, please review a copy of our sample lease and applicant criteria and submit any questions to us BEFORE you apply.
NOTE: The $60 per adult application fee and $5 processing fee must be paid online after completing our online application form before your application will be reviewed.
To apply for one of our properties online, please follow these steps:
- Search for the property on our For Rent. It will open a map and to the right is the list of available properties for rent.
- Once you have located the property, click the “View Details” tab to view the related property information.
- Then, click “Apply Online” to navigate to the online application form for the property.
- Fill out all the required application information and follow the instructions for paying the $60 per adult application fee and $5 processing fee.
- Email us a copy of your driver’s license and last 6 paystubs.
NOTE: Be sure to include the property address emailed documents to ensure timely review of your application.
